Since 2000, Jimmie & Sherri Bratcher have been showing up and sharing their unique style of ministry in ways that are not common for typical ministers. Why? Because God loves all people, not just church people. Not all people come to church so they have also taken their message to those who don’t come to church and the response is remarkable. 

They call it “The Ministry of Showing Up!” On Sunday Morning or Saturday Night, you can find Jimmie & Sherri showing up in prisons, or at The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, the largest biker rally in the world, in world-class music venues, on festival stages and of course in churches all over the world.  

Jimmie says it like this, “Love is The Indefensible Strategy of Heaven” 

God has always had a plan for mankind and it has never changed. His plan is so good that many times it’s beyond our capacity to understand. What is His plan? “I will love them.” Nothing more or less, His plan is to simply love all of US. 

God’s plan didn’t change, when we (mankind) sold out the planet and missed the mark (sinned). His plan wasn’t, I will punish them, I will show my wrath on them, I will execute vengeance on them. His plan was as always “I will love them.” That is what the most famous verse in the Bible is all about, John 3:16. 

But, what is Connect Ministries? Connect is a not-for-profit ministry based in Kansas City whose mission is to connect people “everywhere” to God by the sharing of the Good News, of God’s love found in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Connect partners or “Connectors” as we call them, have a vital role in our mission. Assisting us in making a way for us to take the gospel to those who desperately need it. Together with Connectors, we fund events like our Transformation Tours to prisons in America, and many other events annually.
